While logged into your OptiAds account, under the MONETIZATION section go to Websites → New website. Follow the steps to add your website.
Moderation is done during working days, 24 hours. If a website was added on a weekend or on holiday, it will be moderated the next working day.
We normally do not allow resubmission for denied websites. We have very strict requirements and specifics for the websites we approve.
We do not impose a maximum number for the websites a publisher can add.

The ad zone is a widget block which holds the ads.
Under the MONETIZATION section go to Ad zones → New zone. Please note that you need an approved website in order to create a new ad zone.
The ad zone code is split into 2 parts. The javascript library should be placed ad the end of your page. The div where the ads will actually be shown can be placed anywhere.

No. The ad zone will automatically be updated. Please not that it takes up to 5 minutes for that to happen.
Sure. Our ads do not conflict or interact with any other ads in any way. OptiAds and Adsense are 100% compatible.
We offer 100% fill rate, however our strongest presence is in Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries. This means that you will see considerably higher CPC bids in the previously mentioned tiers. While logged into your OptiAds account, under the MONETIZATION section, hit the Statistics link.
There's no such thing with OptiAds. All our statistics are displayed in real-time.
In order to maintain the health of our system, we may do the so called data clean-ups. This means that the statistical data will be purged entirely. This does not include nor affect your account balance and earnings in any way.

OptiAds supports payments via PayPal, WebMoney(WMZ) and Wire Transfer.
We pay on request and the payments are processed within 10 business days from the request date.
The minimum withdraw amount is $10.00 USD for payments via PayPal and WebMoney, and $500.00 USD for payments via Wire transfer.

Yes. Creating an account is completely free of charge.
OptiAds is a self-served data management system that connects advertisers with relevant traffic sources. Unlike any other platform, all the traffic you get with OptiAds comes from manually approved direct publishers.
Real Time Bidding is the only fair and proper way to buy and sell media. It is the market where individual has control of placed prices, intead of the Sales team on the publisher side. While logged into your OptiAds account, under the ADVERTISING section hit Ad campaigns → New campaign. Campaigns are approved instantly. Note that in order to create a campaign you must have at least $10.00 USD in your account balance.
After creating a campaign you must add at least 1 creative to it. A creative contains a title, 400x400 pixels image, a display URL and the landing page URL. Note that creatives are verified manually before approval.

Yes. OptiAds allows you to choose the hours you want your campaign to run for each day of the week. Please note that your own timezone will be used.

In order to track conversions for a campaign, you will need to implement our conversion pixel. To fetch the code for it access your campaign page. You won't miss it.
Page enter - the pixel is fired when the visitor enters a page. Use this on "thank you for your purchase" type of pages.
Any page interaction - the pixel is fired upon the visitor taking any kind of action within the page.
Form submission - the pixel is fired when any form within the page is submitted.
Button element click - the pixel is fired when any "button" element within the page is clicked.
Link click - the pixel is fired when any "a" element that has a "href" attribute is clicked.

To check the statistics for your account, under the ADVERTISING section hit the Statistics button. There's a wide-range of options and filters you can use for segmentation.

Moderation is done during working days, 24 hours. If a creative was added on a weekend or on holiday, it will be moderated the next working day.
We are very strict when it comes to the content we serve to our publishers. If we find any creative not to be fully compliant to our Content Policy we will not approve it. The moderation process includes the landing page of the creative.
You have the option to block any source, at any time, as you consider fit. To block a source, edit your campaign and select the source you want blocked then click the "Save changes" button.
- How can I deposit funds into my OptiAds account?

Under the FINANCIAL section go to Deposits → New deposit. Deposits via PayPal are instant and processed automatically. If you wish to deposit via another method please contact us.
You can only get a refund for the balance in your account. The funds that were already spent in a campaign will not be refunded under any circumstances. Requesting such a thing will lead to account termination.
